Cancellation Policy

Attendee Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing.  Cancellations can be emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , faxed to 847.375.6475 or mailed to AAHPM, 4700 W Lake Ave, Glenview, IL 60025.

A $95 processing charge will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after February 20, 2013.

All refunds will be processed after the Assembly. AAHPM and HPNA reserve the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the Assembly is cancelled, registrants will receive full credits or refunds of the paid registration fees.

No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the Assembly.

Program Changes and Cancellations

AAHPM and HPNA reserve the right to substitute faculty or cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. If AAHPM or HPNA must cancel this conference, registrants will receive a full refund of their paid registration fee. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or other expenses related to attending the Assembly.
