Important Hotel Information:

It has come to the attention of AAHPM that an unauthorized company is soliciting AAHPM/HPNA conference attendees and exhibitors to book hotel rooms at the Annual Assembly host hotels. The host hotels do not contact attendees to book rooms. This is not sanctioned by AAHPM or HPNA. We have been advised that the unauthorized solicitors are requesting credit card information. Due to Payment Card Industry procedures, we recommend you do not give out this information.
