Although most of the specific examples are for HIV treatment, the general principles of performance improvement are explained simply and well.
- The Quality Toolbox developed by Americans for Quality Healthcare, of the National Partnership for Women and Families –Variety of slide shows, fact sheets, references on quality improvement. Oriented to the consumer view. Leans heavily on need for public reporting and consumer engagement to make quality improvement effective. Good source of basic info on quality targeted to a consumer audience – but professionals can learn from it too.
