This opportunity will be located at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and joins two Palliative Care physicians and two Nurse Practitioners. Be on the ground floor of a developing practice, growing within our patient-centered care environment in metro Milwaukee. Call is currently 1:4. There is opportunity to work with our residents and fellows, as well as conduct some research, within the Aurora Health Care integrated health care delivery system. Highly supportive environment includes experienced hospital/clinic staff, on-site technology and innovative patient education and monitoring services.
