Medical Director of Hospice and Palliative Care

Bristol Regional Medical Center’s Palliative and Hospice Care Service is seeking a BC/BE Physician to direct their program.  Bristol is the home to the first free standing hospice facility in the state of Tennessee.  Currently at 8 beds, the house is in the process of expansion.

Palliative Care Service
• Medical Supervision and oversight of two NPs
• Consultations, follow-up for in-patient care and outpatient care
• Average Monthly consult-65 patients

Hospice House and Home Hospice Care
• Daily Census of 60 – 80 Patients
• Participate in education regarding End of Life, Symptom Management
