We are a well established hospice with an ADC of 120 centrally located in the Piedmont/Triad of NC.  Hospice services are provided in private homes, long term care facilities and in our own inpatient facility. We offer home health services limited to end of life care and palliative care consultation services to meet the diverse needs of our patient population.

The successful candidate will be motivated and passionate about excellence in patient care.MD or DO with Board Certification is required.  Board Certification or eligibility for certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred
