Palliative Medicine Physician

Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA, seeks an ABHPM-certified or fellowship trained ABMS certification eligible physician to join our physician-led Palliative Medicine Department.

Our new Palliative Medicine Physician will:
• Help provide inpatient and outpatient care for about 700 new patients a year
• Work closely with all clinical services in our health system and help educate other healthcare providers
• Participate in future program expansion, including system-wide outreach
• Have opportunities to develop special interests and perform research in the field of palliative medicine
• Help in the development of a Palliative Medicine Fellowship program
