Hospice of the Valley is an innovative and growing non-profit hospice organization operating in the Santa Clara County of Silicon Valley. We are currently looking to complete the executive leadership team with the appointment of a Chief Medical Officer. The CMO will oversee a team of Assistant Medical Directors and have the overall responsibility for the medical direction, program development and supervision of patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader looking to expand both palliative and hospice care operations. Experience and Qualifications: License to practice medicine in California and hold an M.D. from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is required. Proven leadership experience in the healthcare sector along with a background in palliative and hospice care program development is preferred.
