Fellowship in Palliative Medicine

The Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center at The Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC is accepting applications for a one year fellowship in Palliative Medicine to begin July 1, 2008. The Palliative Medicine Program consists of a busy inpatient and outpatient consult service. The interdisciplinary team includes two palliative care physicians, a nurse practitioner, 3 social workers, a clinical psychologist, a chaplain, a pharmacist and the palliative care fellow.

Physicians who have completed or are completing an ACGME-certified residency program and are board-eligible or board-certified in their primary specialty are eligible.
