JobmartPalliative Medicine PhysicianThe Queen's Medical Center is seeking a full-time Palliative Medicine physician to join Medical Director, Dr. Daniel Fischberg, and his well established 8 member trans-disciplinary Pain and Palliative Care team. We have a preference for a fellowship trained physician who is excited by the opportunity to expand the Pain and Palliative Program within a 505 bed, level 2 trauma center located in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii. The applicant must be board certified or board qualified in physicians primary specialty, as well as Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Experience and competence in the management of both malignant and non-malignant pain syndromes is preferred. A strong interest in teaching residents and medical students is required and clinical research is encouraged. Applicants should qualify for an appointment at the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii.
