Communities Manual

The Communities Committee updated and revised a Communities Manual with input from AAHPM SIG and Community leaders. This guide addresses and includes succession planning, leadership job descriptions, the steps to sunset a community, and information on how communities should report information to the board and request support for projects and webinars. While the board has previously approved the Community Formation Policy, the other documents included in this manual have been best practice guidelines. It is now the intent to make these official policies for the communities.

The AAHPM Board of Directors reviewed the Communities Manual, approved the content and it is now available to all SIG and Community leaders.
