PROFESSIONALS IN TRAINING

Purpose

The focus of the PIT-SIG is the practiced development of professionals-in-training in the field of palliative medicine. The formation of the PIT-SIG encourages the identification of opportunities to be grasped and problems to be solved. Three main focus areas include:
1.    Educational Opportunities (clinical, research, administrative, and leadership)
2.    Networking and Career Opportunities
3.    Involvement with Fellowship Program Development
