Books
There are many, many books written about palliative care, dying and grieving. For an extensive list of some of these books, visit DyingWell.org or visit your library or a bookstore.

The National Institute on Aging has produced a comprehensive 68-page booklet, entitled "End-of-Life: Helping With Comfort and Care." This free booklet was created to help people make sound health care decisions and get the care they would want for themselves or their family members. Up to 10 free copies can be obtained through the institutes' Web site, http://www.nia.nih.gov/, or by calling 800/222-2225.
